Questions, answers and excuses:

How are the median prices calculated?

The median price is calculated using the prices of currently available properties within a 1km radius of the station.

Median prices are calculated daily based on the properties currently available to rent or for sale on Find Properly.

Some stations/branches are missing from the price charts

We had to drop a couple stations from the ends of the Metropolitan and Central lines, as we didn't have prices for them. Find Properly doesn't cover areas outside the M25 (yet).

Some branches have been dropped off the DLR and District lines and Overground because the map wasn't readable with them.

Why are some prices zero?

This is when there aren't any properties with the specified number of bedrooms within 1km radius of the station.
