Our Introduction with rent collection fees are 10% plus VAT, this is calculated as follows: The monthly rent is multiplied by 12 months, this gives you your yearly rent, and this is then charged at 8% plus VAT (Please note VAT is chargeable at 20%). If you decide to renew your agreement your fee will be reduced by 1% plus VAT from our initial fee.
