Lost Key(s) or Security Device: The cost of the key(s) (or lock) plus the time taken to replace such devices at 15 (inc.VAT) per hour.
Early Termination: The cost due to the landlord for re-letting the property & all rents due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
Other Applicable Fees
Unpaid Rent: Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date until paid (this will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears).
